Privacy
What happens to the details you send.
A plain account of what this website collects and why: the enquiry form, the chat assistant, and the few outside services the site uses.
The enquiry form
When you send an enquiry, the form passes on your name, your phone number, your email address if you give one, the subject you choose and your message.
These go by email to the Archtech Builders office, and a copy is saved on the website's server so that an enquiry is not lost if an email goes astray. They are used to reply to you about your enquiry.
Stopping spam
To stop automated spam, the server notes the internet address an enquiry came from and the time it arrived, and keeps that note for a day. The saved copy of each enquiry includes the same address and the page it was sent from.
The chat assistant
The assistant runs entirely in your browser and answers from what is written on this website. What you type into it is not sent to Archtech Builders or to anyone else.
In your browser
The site remembers your choice of English or Bangla in your own browser. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Other services
The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers. Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps take you to those services, and their own privacy terms then apply.
Seeing or removing your details
To see the details you sent, or to ask for them to be removed, email or call the office.
