Can I visit a project before deciding?
Yes, and we recommend it. Site visits are guided by the Archtech team so you can check the approach road, parking, entry, surroundings and construction progress in person.
Are brochures available to download?
Brochures and project briefs are published on the portfolio page for the projects where they are ready. For the remainder, request details and we will send what exists.
I own land in Dhaka. What is the first step?
Send the plot location, approximate size and road width. We come back with an honest read on feasibility before either side commits to anything.
